1. 概述 / Overview

MeetWhen（下稱「本服務」）是一個協助朋友找出共同空閒時間、整理練舞教室、湊團跳舞（許願池）的網站。 本政策說明我們會取得哪些資料、為什麼取得、如何儲存與保護。

MeetWhen (“the Service”) helps friends find common available time slots, browse dance studios, and form groups for songs they want to dance (Wish Pool). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and your rights over it.

2. 我們取得哪些資料 / Data We Collect

2.1 Google 帳號基本資訊

當你用 Google 登入，我們會取得：顯示名稱、Email、Google 大頭貼 URL、Google 使用者 ID (uid)。 用途：辨識你是誰、在活動中顯示你的名字給其他參與者、避免同一人重複填寫。

When you sign in with Google we receive: display name, email address, profile picture URL, and Google user ID. We use these to identify you, show your name to other participants in a shared activity, and prevent duplicate submissions.

2.2 Google 日曆資料（可選）

本服務使用 https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly 權限（唯讀）。登入時不會要求這個權限；只有在你主動按下「匯入日曆」或「對照 Google 日曆」時， 才會跳出 Google 授權畫面，你同意後我們才讀取你選擇的日曆事件。不授權也能正常使用其他功能。

  • 讀取內容：活動的開始/結束時間、標題。 範圍限定於當前活動所設定的日期區間。
  • 儲存到雲端：只儲存「哪些 30 分鐘的時段是忙碌的」（時間座標，不含標題）， 用來自動標記你這些時段為「不行」給其他參與者看。
  • 不儲存到雲端：事件的標題與詳細內容只保存在你的瀏覽器記憶體， 頁面關閉即消失，且不會傳送到我們的資料庫，也不會分享給任何其他人。

The Service uses the calendar.readonly scope. This permission is not requested at sign-in; Google asks for it only when you explicitly click “Import Calendar” or “Compare with Google Calendar,” and we read events from the calendars you choose. We store only busy time-slot coordinates (30-min buckets) in the cloud so we can auto-mark those slots as unavailable to others. Event titles and details are kept only in your browser's memory and are never sent to our database or shared with anyone else.

2.3 你在活動中填寫的資料

你為每個時段選擇的可以 / 不行狀態、你認領的名字、你在活動中的 submitted 狀態。

Your availability selections (yes/no per time slot), the name you claim in the activity, and your submitted status.

2.4 使用紀錄

你最近開過的活動代碼、活動名稱、開啟時間，儲存於你的個人資料底下 users/<uid>/recentRooms/。這份清單只有你自己看得到。

你打開網站時，會記錄一筆「誰在什麼時間使用」（名字、Email、大頭貼、時間，同一人 30 分鐘內只記一次）， 以及你在活動、歌單裡的操作紀錄（例如建立、+1、退出）。這些只有網站管理員看得到，用來排查問題與防止濫用。

When you open the Service we log who used it and when (name, email, profile picture, time; at most once per 30 minutes), plus an activity log of actions in activities and wish boards (e.g. create, +1, leave). Only the site administrator can see these, for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

2.5 許願池（歌單）

  • 歌單與歌曲：歌名、影片連結、許願人、目標人數、上課日期、備註、+1 名單、留言。 同一本歌單的成員都看得到；放到「公開招人」的歌，所有登入的使用者都看得到。
  • 你的名字：你在歌單認領或填寫的名字，會顯示在 +1 名單、許願人與留言上。
  • 團外申請加入時留的聯絡方式（例如 IG 或 LINE ID，申請時必填）：只有該首歌的許願人、歌單房主與管理人看得到， 並會透過 Email 轉交給許願人。
  • 影片資訊：貼上 YouTube 連結時，伺服器會用該連結向 YouTube 查詢影片標題，只傳送連結本身。

Wish boards store song titles, video links, the wisher, target size, class dates, notes, the +1 list and comments, visible to members of the same board (songs posted to the public list are visible to all signed-in users). Contact info (required) left when requesting to join from outside a board is visible only to the wisher and the board's owner and managers, and is forwarded to the wisher by email. When you paste a YouTube link, our server sends only that link to YouTube to look up the video title.

2.6 Email 通知

本服務會用你的 Google 帳號 Email 寄送：每週行程週報（可在設定頁關閉）、活動截止前的填答提醒、 活動補日期通知、歌曲成團通知、團外 +1 通知，以及歌單房主自行開啟的每月歌單備份。 信件透過 Google 的 Gmail 寄出，不會用於廣告或寄給第三方。

We use your Google account email to send the weekly schedule digest (can be turned off in Settings), fill-in deadline reminders, new-date notices, group-formed notices, outside +1 notices, and monthly wish board backups that board owners opt into. Emails are sent through Google's Gmail and are never used for advertising or shared with third parties.

3. 資料儲存位置 / Where Data Is Stored

所有儲存到雲端的資料都保存在 Google Firebase (Firestore)。 Firebase 由 Google LLC 提供，資料中心位於 Google 全球基礎設施。

本服務不會將你的資料轉售、出租、或分享給廣告商。

All cloud-stored data is kept in Google Firebase (Firestore). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or any third party outside of Google (the underlying infrastructure provider).

4. 資料保留與刪除 / Retention & Deletion

  • 活動資料：由活動建立者控制。建立者按下「刪除這個活動」時， 該活動與所有參與者填答會被永久刪除。
  • 你在活動中的填答：你可以取消送出、修改答案。 若活動被刪除，你的填答也會一併刪除。
  • 許願池：你可以隨時退出歌曲、刪除自己的留言、離開歌單。 歌單房主刪除歌單時，裡面的歌曲、+1 名單、留言與聯絡方式會一併永久刪除。
  • Google 日曆 access token：只保存在你的瀏覽器分頁暫存（sessionStorage）， 關掉分頁就清除，最長 55 分鐘後自動失效。
  • 完整帳號刪除：如需刪除你的 Google 帳號相關的所有 MeetWhen 資料， 請寄信到 meetwhen.notify@gmail.com， 我們會在 30 天內處理完成。

Activity data is deleted when the creator deletes the activity. You can leave a song, delete your own comments, or leave a wish board at any time; deleting a wish board permanently removes its songs, +1 lists, comments and contact info. Your Google Calendar access token is stored only in your browser tab's sessionStorage, cleared when the tab closes, and expires within 55 minutes. To fully delete all data associated with your Google account, email meetwhen.notify@gmail.com; we will process the request within 30 days.

MeetWhen 使用 Google API Services 所取得的資訊，皆遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy， 包括「Limited Use」要求。

MeetWhen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Cookie 與追蹤 / Cookies & Tracking

本服務不使用第三方廣告 cookies 或分析追蹤（例如 Google Analytics）。 只使用瀏覽器 localStorage / sessionStorage 保存必要的狀態（登入、行事曆 token）。

8. 兒童 / Children

本服務不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會刻意收集其資料。

9. 政策更新 / Changes to This Policy

本政策若有修改，會更新頁面頂端的「最後更新」日期。 重大變更會透過本服務首頁通知。
